sore feet
Bare feet on sharp stones.

Help

That will wake you up for shure …
Plus plantar fasciitis and opposing achilles tendonitis and I’m good to go. Walking around the mountains with full pack and a 900mm telescope slung over my shoulders really puts a strain on the extremities. It’s weird, but I love it!
years and years ago I decided to go bare foot all summer…in the city.
Aside from having pretty dirty feet which i washed with care in the evenings, strange looks from the shoe people ;-) it was fun and i never once cut my foot on anything, however it did get me to look at the ground more.
My dad was a big barefoot person well he was also big and liked to go barefoot and I’m being silly cuz it’s 2:00 in the morning and I am up and loopy :-)
Oh yeah my dad,he believed that sand and dew were two of the best things for feet,me too that and fingers massaging them. Foot massages and toe pulls and a pedicure too,my son called them feeties forever.
Well, I beat ya BB - it’s not even midnight yet and I’m loopy too!
I always go barefoot…still.
Love,
Loopy
